Dear Yoga Family, As summer transitions to fall, I'm excited to share some grounding practices and exciting news with our growing community. Whether you're joining us virtually or in-studio, this month brings new opportunities to deepen your practice and find balance. |
Our weekly group classes continue with strengthened attendance, and we're delighted to see new faces at our chair yoga sessions in local assisted living centers. Private Yoga Therapy sessions remain available both virtually and in our peaceful studio space, perfect for those seeking personalized guidance on their wellness journey. |
Special Announcement: Caribbean Teaching Journey I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be bringing the healing power of yoga to the Caribbean! Beginning Monday, August 25th, 2025, I'll be teaching at the beautiful Secrets La Romana and Secrets Cap Cana resorts in the Dominican Republic. This incredible opportunity allows me to share our practice in one of the world's most serene settings. Some studio sessions will continue with possible modified hours. Please double check your email for last minute updates on Sunday, August 24th. |

Student Spotlight
"I needed work on my posture and core strengthening. Dayna took me on at her Yoga Studio on posture, balance and core strengthening using her skills in Yoga and overall physical knowledge. It has helped me to stand straight and improve my motor function. I would recommend her highly to any one needing balance and other postural work. And she makes exercise enjoyable and fun." - James F., Lakeway |
Tip! As we move through August, I invite you to practice presence in small moments—whether during your morning stretch, afternoon breath break, or evening wind-down. Your dedication to your practice inspires me daily, and I'm grateful to be on this journey with you. |
