Fall into Delicious Deep Stretch classes

Keeping your dreams and goals in mind, perhaps now is a good time to preserve an hour of deep relaxation for yourself. Every Monday and Wednesday, you can join us, virtually or in the studio for a lovely, restful and restorative yoga class. This is designed to alleviate back pain, recover from old knee and hip injuries, and restore a quiet mind.

Lengthen into Posture Perfect Yoga classes

Gravity check! As we get older, our beautiful bones depend on muscles, ligaments, and tendons to stay long and tall. What can you do now to improve your posture, your stance, and your balance? My Posture Perfect Yoga classes are designed for the Beg-Intermediate student whose goal is to have a stronger back and abs, a longer, leaner stance, and better balance. Does this sound like your dream? Make it a goal and we'll do it together, virtually or in my personal studio.

ONCE MORE, I ASK YOU...

What are your dreams? What are your goals? Is it time to set aside a full hour with me one on one? Would you like the opportunity to share what's on your mind? To really hash out what's bugging you in. your body or in your mind? I enjoyed two hours of privates with my mentor in Los Angeles. It is so freeing to explore all of the challenges I face in my own body with a neutral, but knowledgeable coach. Let me share my knowledge with you. This is an ideal time to invest in yourself. Do it for you.

What to expect:

Private lessons are available on line or in studio. We start the session by you telling me what's on your mind. What's bugging you? I prefer that you send me your list of complaints, injuries, and goals by email first, so that I can better prepare. After a postural assessment, you and I get to work. Each class is as unique as you are. Often times, we are working and laughing. Other days there may be a few tears shed. All of this takes place in a safe and secure environment where you can relax.

A few of my regular students are taking off for England and Spain this Fall. Now is your chance to snag an open slot. Most openings are M-F, as early as 8 a.m. to as late as 5 p.m. When you or I travel, we can continue sessions via Zoom. I have a good number of private students who relish our virtual sessions. They never have to leave the comfort of their own homes, but they still get 100% of my attention and skill.
